Bay Area Real Estate Deadlines/Dates

For all homebuyers keep in mind these two dates:

1)Must be in contract for a home by April 30th, 2010
and
2)The escrow must close by June 30th, 2010

Finally, all buyers get tax credit:
It is not only the 1st time homebuyers that get tax credit ($8000) and so this would be a good time to move up and get some tax credit ($6500)
